The Stellar Trading Network (Stranet) is a commercial consortium based in the Moon that provides centralized access to all types of basic resources and some unique or special objects.

Purchases to Stranet have a cost in money or influence. We must have the necessary quantity available at the time of purchase.

Buy and sell

We can place an order on any system where we have a base. Buy has a shipping cost that is increased if we order urgently. The shipment will be made automatically to our base and will be escorted by a Stranet fleet, so it can not be intercepted.

It is possible to sell to the stellar market through a commercial port. It is only impossible to send one type of product at a time.

Protectorate

The Stranet Protectorate is an intergalactic body dedicated to protecting factions that prefer to avoid war.

Any faction may request to enter under the supervision of the Protectorate in exchange for a cost of influence and the renunciation of the sovereignty of any system.

Being a member of the protectorate provides dissuasive protection against any faction seeking to declare war.

The consequences of declaring war on a faction within the protectorate are:

  • Loss of prestige and influence of 20%.
  • Possible diplomatic pressure from other factions as the aggression is made public.
  • Boycot of the [Star Network of Commerce] prohibiting access to the stellar market for two weeks.

The purpose of the Protectorate is to help those players who seek to make a living through commercial actions and avoid war with other factions.

It is not a 100% limiting system in the face of hostile actions, since wars can always be declared against the beneficiaries of the Protectorate, but their deterrent effect is intended to minimize these situations.
