Order Construct Planetary Base

It allows to construct a new planetary base on the surface of a telluric planet. The fleet must be loaded with a [planetary base core].

Conditions to create the order

1. The fleet has a planetary base core.
2. The planemo is telluric.
3. The selected core supports the planemo environment.
4. The base limit on this plan has not been reached.

Circumstances for cancellation of the order

The fleet will cancel your orders if:

The fleet does not have the planetary core.

You lost your core during a combat.
