Camouflage generators generate a field that dampens and distorts the electromagnetic emissions of an object, reducing the chances that it will be detected. Each installed device reduces the presence of the unit (base or ship).

The final calculation of presence is the initial value of the unit multiplied by the camouflage bonus of each generator. If a ship has 10 of presence and uses two generators with a bonus of 0.5. The final presence will be 10 * 0.5 * 0.5 = 2.5.
