Habitats are huge structures the size of small towns where citizens live their lives independently. They have their own life support systems, ordinances, social clubs, etc ... in exchange for living in these cities, citizens pay taxes to the faction that controls the base.
The Nirvana project is a social experiment that integrates the most advanced habitat construction together with a robotized citizen management system to provide its inhabitants with a unique life experience.
