Space shipyards are gigantic structures where components are built and assembled to build ships. The shipyards can accumulate jobs in queue, so once finished manufacturing a ship, the shipyard will start working on the next.
The Leviathan shipyard was part of the Exodus project to create a huge spacecraft that would travel for decades to another star and would have a crew of several thousand people. The shipyard, of enormous proportions, would allow the construction of a ship of such dimensions
